So instead of accepting the problem they posted on Facebook inviting people to apply to personally carry the games to Spain in exchange for a fully paid trip. Over 100 people applied. The post went viral. New orders came in. Their brand exploded.
The task was shipping games. The result was a marketing event, a community moment, and a PR win all at once. That is multidimensional thinking in practice.
