Workshop Overview
How to Play
You have one hour to reach the island on the board. To get to the island, you have the ability to roll the dice, buy a stock, build a business, play at the casino, or collaborate with other players.
When you play the game, you interact with your team like you would at work, in the game, you can’t win unless you all collaborate. You get to work together and see how to strategize your way to the winner’s lot.
Agenda
Introduction
Sit in tables of four around the board games. Learn the framework around Entrepreneurial Thinking and the New Game of Business. Learn the game instructions.
Game Play
You have one hour to play the game and reach the island.
Debrief
Take a deeper look at the game dimensions and how they specifically relate to life and to your business.
Identify the limiting beliefs you had during the game and how that relates to you collaborating in real life. Learn new strategies and ideas based from the entrepreneurial mindset that creates game-changing strategies and action you can take in business.
Action Plan
After the debrief, your team has the opportunity to provide an action plan to begin planning new commitments when you head back to your workplace. The action plan allows for each participant to reflect on what they learned and identify at lead one new action, habit and or mindset shift they will practice back at work.
