What does the DiSC Assessment Measure?
The DiSC assessment combines adaptive testing and sophisticated algorithms to deliver precise insights into each participant. The DiSC Assessment measures your level of four different personality traits. These insights create a personalized experience rich with “aha!’ moments that give you a stronger awareness about your own personality and the personalities of those around you.

How long does the DiSC Assessment take?
The DiSC assessment approximately takes 15-20 minutes to complete. Participants respond to behavioral statements on a five-point scale, including application-specific questions to help determing their priorities.
Can I take the DiSC Assessment online?
Yes. The DiSC Assessment will be administered through the online platform.
What should I know about the results?
Your DiSC results will provide you and your team with a personalized, 20-page profile to help you explore the priorities that drive your behavior.
How long is the workshop?
A typical workshop is two hours, but depending on how deep you and your team wants to go, workshop times can range. We can customize the time you have with your needs.
