GOING DEEPER
About the H3 Leadership Course
Business leaders and organizations are looking to find impactful programs for their high-potentials to develop the skills they need to transform from good to great. Many programs out there on the market are impersonal and lack practical carry-over into the employees day-to-day work. Instead of motivating employees, these programs do the opposite.
Employees need to reshape their thought-process, their actions and their interactions with others to become more influential high-performers. As they develop their self-awareness, tap into their deepest desires, and embrace constructive feedback and coaching, employees transform into high-performers allowing greater productivity and performance to flow.
Team-Oriented:
Many employees fall victim to the trap that they can achieve success alone. To make the transition from a well regarded employee to a high-performer, employees make the mindset shift from, “I can do this all by myself” to “we can achieve more through each other.”
Purpose Driven:
This program creates purpose-driven employees bridging personal and professional development to encourage employees to step outside their comfort zones and explore a deeper connection between purpose and achieving results.
Leaders mistakenly assume that performance is lagging based on the fallacy that the reason is a lack of desire to work hard. However, low-performance can often be due to a lack of untapped potential and lack of self-awareness. If you can tap into what deeply connects an employee to their work and raise their self-awareness their performance will skyrocket. That’s why H3 was created.
BONUS SUPPORT:
With a focus on Team-Coaching from our expert-led facilitators, employees transform into high-performers as they deepen their sense of purpose, strengthen their desire to work with high standards, and face opportunities and challenges with greater confidence, preparing them to fulfill future leadership roles.
> Receive access to coaching and self-reflection for continuous improvement
> Peer Accountability through the entire course to achieve goals
> Homework to ensure new practices transform into habits.
Student Success Stories
Steven Moody
“H3 with Mitch Simon was one of the best experiences I’ve had in leadership development. This program was amazing because it allowed me to be comfortable being open and honest with not only myself but with my fellow coworkers. The depth of the relationships I’ve built thanks to H3 are far deeper than I would expect to gain in H3. I attribute my promotion to Team Lead to H3.”
Kailie Fowler
“I’ve built my confidence not only at work but personally. It’s been nice to be able to open up to people at the work place and feel like our connections are not just surface level its nice to hear about what go through on a day to day basis, it connected us even more. I can’t thank H3 enough for the relationships that I hope to continue outside of H3, the new inner voice I’ve developed in my leadership and the goals that I hope to achieve overall.”
Daniel Youngren
“H3 helped me put words to my goals. I didn’t hit everything, but I did hit a lot more! I thought I would shoot for a Team Lead and I’m so honored to be a Recruitment Director. I thought I would hone my leadership skills and they are being honed in much grander and more challenging ways than I could ever imagine.”
