Who is Melissa Romo?

Melissa Romo is the author of the book “Your Resource Is Human: How empathetic leadership can help remote teams rise above” (Practical Inspiration). She earned an M.B.A. from the Yale School of Management, where she studied organizational behavior and leadership. She is most recently VP of Global Marketing for a leading cloud software firm, where she leads a globally dispersed team. She has managed remote teams, and worked remotely herself, for more than a decade.
