Through his team building workshops, results-focused corporate retreats, executive business coaching, and top ranked online leadership courses, Mitch inspires executives, entrepreneurs and leaders around the globe to lead through care.
He proves that by focusing on both authenticity and full self-expression, even the newest leader can bypass the overwhelm and self doubt, to instead lead with a momentum that drives purposeful work and builds high performing teams.
Mitch has a J.D. MBA and has been an executive coach in San Diego for over 22 years.
JUSTINE FRALEY
Leadership Enthusiast
As a native of Steamboat Springs, Colorado Justine was raised by the elected county sheriff. Her interest in leadership perked in high school when she took a leadership class.
After high school, Justine joined the US Navy as an aviation mechanic and served on three deployments on two Aircraft Carriers. She uses experience working on the flight deck and leading junior sailors today to share lessons in military leadership. Now, Justine is wildly passionate about developing leadership skills in others.
She has a B.A. in Organizational Leadership and Minor in Psychology from Chapman University and is a prior business owner
GUY DESROUILLERES
Photographer/Videographer
Guy has had a passion for creative arts and visual storytelling from a young age, an interest that eventually introduced him to his love for photography and videography. Guy honed his craft through travels and experiences shooting weddings, corporate events, music videos, and short films.
After spending 10 years in the US Air Force, he has developed a passion for leadership and drive, believing that there are no boundaries in life, only possibilities. Guy has a Masters in Business Administration as well as a B.A. in Organizational Leadership from Brandman University.
DAVID “DREDD” DEJESUS
Social Media Manager
With a passion for creating social media brands, Dredd has amassed a following of more than 100,000 followers across multiple Instagram pages in different niches.
He helps brands connect with their audiences using his 7+ years of experience in Social Media Marketing while simultaneously studying International Business at UC San Diego.
