Today, leaders are called upon to develop teams in a remote setting, adapt to incredible challenges, approach complex organizational systems and take thoughtful action on the work they face ahead.
In a virtual instructor-led class that unfolds over six or 12 two-hour sessions, you will discover your strengths, values and purpose to create an offer to those you lead.
As the course progresses, you will uncover how you see the world as an observer and build a leadership mindset that helps you observe and act in the world in a more effective way. By the end of this course, you will develop your personalized leadership philosophy, discover new approaches to difficult conversations and most importantly, build trust and relationships.
